About Bosley On Brady
Bosley on brady opened in the Spring of 2005 to an audience filled with friends and neighbors. Michele Green and her husband Jeff were the sole proprietors of this up-scale casual restaurant. The menu, décor and attitude of the restaurant are that of a laid-back Florida Keys atmosphere. From the art ,to the colors and music ,to the food selections and tropical martinis, the restaurant makes you feel like you are on a mini vacation right here on the East side of Milwaukee!
Bosley is Michele’s maiden name – a question that is always asked –“Who is Bosley. “Calvert Bosley, Michele’s Dad, was an influence on the work ethic that is demonstrated here as well as the feeling that you just entered “Cheers”. Michele’s Mom, Angeline, influenced Michele’s love of cooking. Both are stars on the menu – Boz for his bourbon martini and Ang for her Angelina’s Spaghettini.
Michele had been in the restaurant business for 31 years with much of her time spent in her beloved Florida (GO GATORS!).
After marrying Jeff she moved to Wisconsin and went to work for Sam Johnson in Racine running his and his daughter Helen Johnson-Leipold’s restaurants. Eager to open a restaurant in Milwaukee, Michele and Jeff set their sights on Brady Street which is filled with the best boutiques, the most delicious Italian grocery and bakery and a great variety of trendy neighborhood bars.
Bosley on brady takes prides in the excellent food, service and all the wonderful friends that we have made over the last five years.
